How We Work Together
The entire process will take approximately 6-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the project and your schedule.

Brand Strategy Meeting
A 90-minute session where we explore your values, goals, resources, positioning in the market, and the stage you are at. Together we will complete a brand summary form before we proceed to the next step.

Brand Style Guide
With all the information we received from you, we'll proceed with the development of a unique style for your brand - your logo and visual design elements, your voice, your colors and fonts. We'll keep your ideal client in mind. Once you review it and approve, we'll move to the next step.

Copywriting
We will start creating content for the main pages of your website (up to 5 pages - usually Home, Services, About, Portfolio or Work, Contact). Here, you can submit any extra information about your services, awards, and all you want your client to know.

Photoshoot
If you are based in Metro Vancouver, we will offer you a free photo session with a professional photographer of our choice. If you are not local, you will have to arrange this at your cost and provide us photo materials before the development stage. We will provide you the guidance and a list of poses and angles to look your best.

Website Design & Development
Here, we'll bring together everything we've gathered and created so far to create a stunning website for your brand. We can build your site on Wordpress, Tilda, or Squarespace. Once you've had a chance to review everything, we will finalize the project and send you the final invoice.

Go Live & Training
Once your last payment is made, we'll transfer the ownership of the site to you and will perform a 2-hour training with extra text and video-guides. We will show you how you can easily make any updates, use, and promote your site.
